How i can confirm right power heater?

Before select right model, you need confirm the electric cabinet inside volume,maximum different in temperature(the lowest inside space temperature & target working temperature),whether need equip fan make sure the heat can be spreaded faster.

We also can equip related thermostat, so we will help you select right power heater for you, here have 15~1500W are optional.

1.Q : How long is your delivery time?

A: We have a lot of waterproof box in our warehouse as stock. We can send the stock products in 3-5 working days.If no stock, or not enough stock, we will check the delivery time with our production department. and then reply you in 24 hours.

2.Q : How to ship my order ? Is it safe?

A: For small package, we will send it by Express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS,TNT. That’s a Door to Door service.

For big packages, we will send them by Air or By Sea. We will use good packing and ensurethe safety. We will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery.

3.Q:What’s your payment terms?

A: Order amount more than USD$10000, we usual accept 30% T/T payment in advance, and the balance payment before shipment, terms could change according to our business relationship. Less rhan USD$10000, the payment will be 100% T/T in advance

A: Yes. We made a lot of customized products for our customer before. About customized packing, we can put your Logo or other info on the packing. There is no problem. Just have to point out that ,it will cause some additional cost.

7.Q: Can I have your price list for whole waterproof box ?

A: Sorry, We have no price list for the whole waterproof box. Because we have so many waterproof boxes, and it’s impossible to show whole prices on one list. If you need to check some price of our products, please kindly do feel free to let us know. We will send the quotation to you .
